Working Together to Bring Groups to Lancaster County

The Lancaster PA Tourism Alliance is a collaborative group of hospitality and tourism businesses working together to promote Lancaster County as a destination for group travel. Our members represent the businesses and services that help make a Lancaster County visit memorable, including lodging, restaurants, attractions, entertainment, transportation providers, tour services and other businesses that serve the group travel market. From motorcoach tours and church groups to reunions, conferences, corporate outings and other organized groups, the Alliance works to keep Lancaster County visible to group planners and strengthen the connections that help bring visitors to our destination.

Better Together

Lancaster County has a lot to offer groups—and the Alliance gives local tourism businesses an opportunity to promote that experience collectively. Through industry partnerships, sales efforts, networking and outreach, our members work together to connect group planners with places to stay, eat and experience throughout Lancaster County. The Alliance also provides opportunities for members to build relationships with other hospitality professionals, share industry knowledge and become more involved in promoting the destination. Current Alliance members include a wide range of Lancaster County lodging properties, restaurants, attractions and tourism partners.

What We Do

The work of the Lancaster PA Tourism Alliance extends beyond our regular member meetings. Members can participate in committees focused on specific markets, initiatives and opportunities for Lancaster County tourism.

Corporate Committee
Works to grow the meetings and corporate travel market by promoting Lancaster County for conferences, meetings, retreats and corporate outings. Outreach can include mixers, events and relationship-building in key regional markets.

Motorcoach Tour & Travel Committee
Promotes Lancaster County to tour operators and group travel professionals through sales missions, industry relationships and participation in group travel trade shows. The Alliance's travel partners also help groups connect with tours, transportation and other services needed to plan their Lancaster County experience.

Give Back Committee
Connects Lancaster County's tourism industry with the local community through nonprofit partnerships, volunteer opportunities and other initiatives designed to make a positive local impact.

​

Committees are open to Alliance members, providing another way to get involved, build relationships and contribute to the organization's work.
